Urban Style: Thoughtful design for connected living
San Francisco, CA

Reimagining a traditional urban home
Built in 1912, this classic Edwardian home needed a clear design direction. Our client asked us to unify disparate elements and rectify previous remodels with a series of reenvisioned spaces.
We reconfigured the bedroom floor to create a luxurious primary suite. On the main living floor, updated details were added. We overhauled the basement level to integrate into the home’s overall flow and character, creating a sophisticated, family-friendly space that can evolve to meet the needs of our clients over time.

New architectural elements complement the home’s original classic details with cleaner, modern details. We focused on bringing a warm, consistent glow to the interior spaces, most notably in the new family room.
